Return Policy

  • Products Accepted for Return:
    • Incorrectly delivered items (unopened, original packaging)
    • Damaged or flawed items compared to the website listing
  • Change of Mind Returns:
    • Within 10 days of receiving the product
    • Undamaged, untampered with, and in original packaging
    • Subject to a deduction of 0-20% of the item price + shipping fees (up to AED 150)
  • Opened & Non-Defective Returns:
    • Subject to a 20% deduction of the item price + shipping fees (up to AED 150)

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for Online Payments: Issued via the original payment method upon confirmation.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery: Issued via bank transfer.
